Removal of existing concrete pavement, replacement of underground storm drain system, new underdrain system, new aggregate base course separation layer, rapid draining material drainage layer, and 13" PCC pavement. Replace emergency fuel stops around the perimeter of the apron and full depth replacement of apron shoulders and troop walks from Pax Sheds to Green Ramp.
