Project consists of the design and reconstruction of failed/failing airfield at Pope Army Airfield (PAAF) North Carolina. Work will consist of full depth slab replacement. Demolish fuel lines, pits and existing storm drainage pipes and structures. Provide all dewatering manpower, equipment, well points and power, discharge piping and environmental controls to achieve conditions required to place subgrade, drainage layer, pavement and storm water conveyance lines. Provide all new storm drainage pipes and structures necessary to achieve design storm water flows, velocities and discharges.
